Twinkling little trickster ties,
gracefully swathe your rounded hips,
caring only to cockily comply,
to lead to your sculpted lips.
The aces always seem to lose,
after the fourth round of booze.
Hopefully tonight’s love won’t desist,
from leading you all the way home.
Your moves and words they can’t resist,
for there is no witness to condone.

Why must there be an ending,
a happily ever after?
Does the world not go on?
Do the birds stop singing?
Do the dogs stop barking?
Do the people stop loving?
I want to go on,
I want to dance more.
If happily ever after means,
the end.
I’ll happily fight on,
for eternity.
As long as,
the story,
goes on.

Ba-dump, Ba-dump, Ba-dump,
my heart beats frantically,
searching for your scent,
of lilacs blooming hesitantly,
and a trace of peppermint.
I miss your daring groping,
your words of unhindered desires.
Oh how I wish I could be hearing,
your wit that never tires.
But your eyes, your eyes,
full of such passion,
no longer imply,
hours of heated touchin’.
Where are you my love, my soul?
Please fill this endless hole,
for I don’t believe that I’ll survive much longer,
without the love of you to ponder.

Indecision rippling through my mind,
how do I know that you’ll be kind.
Logic demands that I say no,
Curiosity tempts me to let go.
This blurred state,
that clouds my thought,
has such delicious bait,
and I’m almost caught,
but I find the strength to decline,
Logic wins this battle of mine.
But Curiosity has won yours.
You scowl,
and pull me back.
You cry foul,
and attack.
My screams of pain,
bring joy to the game,
and in the end,
I am just a husk,
with nothing left to comprehend,
the dregs of your lust.

Hot sweat dripping down the floor,
my cold blood is begging for more.
It isn’t a mistake that I chose you,
with one look I knew the cue.
One step back,
two steps forward.
You lost track,
when I draped on the board.
So stop pretending,
that I’m not here.
I promise I’ll be lying,
when your wife appears.

Checkers on a checkerboard
glittering down the keys,
tapping at the front door,
who will it be?
You see I got a first name,
but I lost my last,
the lion will never be tame,
but that’s all in the past.

The seductive wickedness,
that you contain,
calls me with such softness,
that I cannot be blamed,
if I follow your lead,
rather shamelessly.

Your words to me,
are a sweet melody,
but even I can see,
that your thoughts are of debauchery…
